Can't purchase more fuel

I don't know if this is intended, but it sure is irritating: Once you have purchased fuel for space gold you can no longer do so again. Even after leaving, acquiring more space gold and coming back.

From the Nemans? Not a bug. If you read the encounter, they say that they only have a limited amount of fuel to sell.
