Holy cow I check back after months, and this is what I get:
Overwhelmed by so much awesomeness.
Great job David, very excited to see Dev 10 in all its full glory :)
Also, kudos to those who mentioned MOO2. Still the most superior 4X space game, bar none. Not even GalCiv2 comes surpasses its awesomeness.

As the topic states. Also, congratulations on getting more attention over at Rockpapershotgun. You guys rock! Get this game done so that I can buy all your future addons :P
I would also like to say, good on ya for dissing Bethesda! I loathe their bastardization of a certain game, and I loathe even more their $2.50 horse armor, so good on you for publicly dissing them.

Nice, looks like you guys have had more support than I'd imagined. I thought Space Exploration was still low profile, but it could have been SE appearing on the Codex news that prompted this ;)
Looking forward to what you guys will come up with for Dev 9!

Hi, if you guys can see this topic, then I have David (zarkonnen) to thank for making this work
Now on to the main post.
I read about Space Exploration from rpgcodex.com. Damn, what I'd have missed if I didn't visit that site regularly. I think this game is solid gold, and tbh I had more fun in one session of this than I did with Strange Adventures
I definitely had fun with making different choices, though I've yet to see any consequences as I just had my first playthrough. I really think this game has potential to be something big, especially with the way it's distributed: I'm all for paying for expansion packs that add hundreds more scenarios and C&C (choices&consequences). It was what made Star Control 2 so great, and where Strange Adventures falls short. I think you're on the right track here
I'll definitely be playing this quite a fair bit, and offer more ideas on possible scenarios. Another indie game to make me really excited about :)
